IQ is about your ability to learn, reason, and solve problems, whereas EQ is about your ability to understand and manage emotions. You can be brilliant academically but struggle with interpersonal relationships if your EQ is low, and vice versa. Similarly, being naturally gifted in a particular talent, like playing a musical instrument or excelling in a sport, is a skill or ability, not necessarily an element of EQ itself, though EQ can certainly help you develop and apply that talent more effectively.
